Hi, I’m Jenna O’Keeffe.
I am a physiotherapist, lifelong learner, and mum to three wonderful children.
Over the past decade, my career has taken me from private practice and elite sport to paediatrics, pregnancy care and women's health. Along the way I've had the privilege of working with women and families during some of life's biggest transitions—whether that's preparing for birth, recovering after having a baby, returning to sport, supporting a child's development or navigating the changes that come with menopause.
Becoming a mother has only deepened my appreciation that every woman's journey is different. We all experience seasons of challenge, growth and change, and I believe women deserve healthcare that is compassionate, evidence-based and centred around what matters most to them.
When I'm not in the clinic, life is wonderfully busy with my husband and our three children. Living by the coast, you'll often find us outdoors, exploring beaches, parks and everything South Australia has to offer.
I created Seasons of Her to be the kind of clinic I would want for myself and my family—a calm, welcoming place where women feel listened to, understood and empowered to move confidently through every season of life.
Qualifications & Experience
My approach is shaped by more than ten years of experience caring for women, babies, children and athletes across Australia and internationally.
After completing my Master of Physiotherapy, I worked across musculoskeletal physiotherapy, paediatrics and sports physiotherapy before expanding my practice into women's health. Throughout my career I've supported women of all ages—from adolescent athletes and pregnancy through to postpartum recovery and healthy ageing—while also developing extensive experience working with babies and children.
Alongside private practice, I've worked as a physiotherapist with elite sporting teams including the NRLW St George Illawarra Dragons and NSW Women's State of Origin, and have travelled internationally as Head Physiotherapist with Cirque du Soleil. These experiences strengthened my belief that confident movement, education and individualised care are fundamental to helping people achieve their goals.
My passion for lifelong learning has led me to complete postgraduate study in both Paediatric Physiotherapy and Pelvic Health Physiotherapy through the University of Melbourne. These advanced qualifications allow me to combine specialist knowledge across women's health and paediatrics—an uncommon combination that reflects the philosophy behind Seasons of Her.
Today, my focus is helping women feel informed, supported and confident in their bodies through evidence-based physiotherapy tailored to their individual season of life
